Privacy Policy
Ladybuggz Preschool respects the privacy of families, children and website visitors. This policy describes the website’s current enquiry process.
Information collected
The enquiry form collects the parent or guardian’s name and phone number, plus any optional email address, child name, age, preferred visit date and message supplied. It also records the selected enquiry type, consent time, a one-way hash of the network address and a shortened browser identifier for security and abuse prevention.
How the information is used
The school uses enquiry information to respond, arrange school visits and provide requested fees or enrolment information. It is not sold or used for third-party advertising.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the private Ladybuggz application database on the school’s isolated hosting environment. They are not saved in the public website directory. Access requires an authenticated staff account and two-factor verification.
Retention and deletion
Each website enquiry receives a deletion date 12 months after submission. The application’s scheduled retention task deletes records once that date is reached. A record may be removed sooner following a valid request, unless it must be retained for a legal obligation.
Cookies and tracking
Optional analytics and marketing technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or LinkedIn Insight, may be enabled by the school. When enabled, they load only after the visitor accepts non-essential tracking. Visitors may reject them or reopen Tracking preferences in the footer. Enquiry names, contact details, child information and messages are never included in tracking events. Security and session data required for form protection and authenticated staff access may still be used.
Your choices

Child-related information must be submitted by a parent, guardian or authorised person. Please provide only the information needed for the enquiry.
